When making a purchase in the online store shop.biodar.com.pl you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You can return all or part of the order. Remember that the returned Products must be of full-value.
If you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, you shall notify us about your decision within 14 days after receipt of the order by sending the appropriate form to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org, and sending back returned Products (along with the printed form) to our address.
After receiving the Products along with the withdrawal form, we will reimburse you within 14 days, according to the payment method you selected at the stage of ordering, i.e.:
to the account number (or card) by which you made the payment for the order - if the order was paid in advance,
to the account number you indicated on the withdrawal form - if the order was paid on delivery.
In specific cases, indicated in the Regulations, you are not entitled to withdraw from the contract.
We make every effort to ensure that the products we sell are of the highest quality, and the ordering process in our store is always satisfying. If, however, it happens that you notice any irregularities in the functioning of the purchased products, we suggest searching for the causes of the problem and trying to solve it before you decide to file a complaint. Make sure that the product has been installed or used in accordance with the installation / operating instructions attached to it. Perhaps the manual will indicate possible ways to solve encountered problems.
If the explanation of the irregularity is impossible or unsatisfactory, the product is defective or does not meet the terms of the contract, please contact the Complaint Department at email@example.com.

To make a complaint fill in the appropriate form and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will contact you after considering the complaint.
For every complaint which we will consider positively, we will do the following, according to your choice: replace the Product free of defects, we will refund you, we will repair the Product or reduce its price, unless repair or replacement for the new one will be impossible or will require excessive costs (e.g. if the Products you have purchased are out of stock). In this last case you have the right to demend an appropriate price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
The Product being the subject of the complaint (along with the form) should be sent back to our address after and in case we have considered the complaint positively.
