Availability of Products

The shipping time of offered Products depends on their type and stock level.
Cocoons or nests with insects are available from winter until stocks last. If weather conditions (high temperature) could cause bees to wake up during shipment, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw some of the Products from the sale.

Information on the availability of plants is given in the product descriptions.

In the case the product description contains information:

- unavailable - this means that currently it is not possible to order the Product. The Customer may send an inquiry to the contact address concerning the probable date when the product will be available.

Delivery time

The Products are shipped within 3 business days from the posting of payment on the account of the Seller or from placing an Order (in the case of a pickup), or on a date agreed with the Customer.

In the case of live insects being sent abroad, this time is at least 7 days due to the necessity of organizing of the Health Certificate and fulfilling the additional requirements.

Please note!

Shipments containing live insects or animals are usually shipped at the beginning of the week (Monday and Tuesday), to avoid the shipment being retained by the carrier during the weekend.

Please remember that Orders are processed only on business days (from Monday to Friday). An Order placed on non-working days and weekends shall be forwarded for execution on the first possible business day.
