Placing orders

An order can be placed via the order form at shop.biodar.com.pl. You can also place order via an e-mail.

The order should include the name, surname, address details, telephone number for courier, possibly invoice data and preferred date of shipment (if it is different than the standard one).

To place an order at shop.biodar.com.pl you should:

• search for a product, e.g. using the search engine located at the top of the shop.biodar.com.pl website and click on a photo or description of the product,
• choose a product by clicking on the "Add to cart" button,
• in the next step you can choose to return to the product page ("Continue shopping" button) or go to the shopping cart ("Go to cart").

After choosing "go to cart" you will be directed to a page where you can:

• delete or change the number of ordered products,
• choose the delivery country,
• choose the form of delivery
• choose a payment method

If you want to place an order, click on the "Checkout" button.

On the next page you will be asked for:

• providing the address to which the shipment with the order is to be sent,
• providing an e-mail address to which information about the status of the order and the account number are to be sent (if the bank transfer is chosen as a form of payment)

You may also decide to set up an account at our shop.

In the next step you should:

• read the rules of purchase and accept it,
• possibly agree to receive a newsletter.

After clicking on the "Go to the confirmation of the order" button you will be redirected to the page with the order summary. You can change your address details, invoice data, choose the sales document (Invoice or Bill) and add the comment.

In order to approve an order, you must first confirm that you have read the regulations and, depending on the products selected, express appropriate consents.

If you have chosen payment in advance (prepayment):

• you will be transferred to the website, by means of which you will be able to pay for the order or
• you will receive, to the provided e-mail address, information on the status of the order and data necessary for the transfer.

If you have chosen a cash on delivery payment, you will receive, to the provided e-mail address, information on the status of the order and the estimated time of shipment.
